I’m Charlotte Twells, a EREPS personal trainer - with over 20yrs of training experience.
ABOUT ME
At 40 years old, I’ve been training for over 20 years—through the highs of progress, the setbacks of injury, and the challenge of coming back stronger after spinal surgery.
That journey taught me something powerful: strength is more than muscle. It’s resilience, posture, mobility, and the kind of control that carries into everyday life.
Today, I coach women over 35 who want to build lean, functional, lasting strength—without relying on machines or endless hours in the gym.
My Coaching Philosophy
Strength that works — kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, and bodyweight used with purpose.
Movement with control — posture, mobility, and balance trained as seriously as strength.
Progress without overload — structured sessions that challenge but never break you down.
As an EREPS-certified personal trainer with advanced nutrition credentials, I combine proven science with two decades of lived training experience. I know how it feels to rebuild after injury, to juggle life’s demands, and to want training that fits—not fights—your lifestyle.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me experimenting with kettlebell–band flows, exploring new mobility drills, or cheering on Liverpool (because strength and sport are always in my DNA).
Why Women Work With Me
Most of my clients come to me because they want to feel strong again. Some are returning after a long break. Others are managing back pain, old injuries, or simply tired of cookie-cutter gym programs that don’t respect where they are in life.
Together, we build strength that shows up in everyday living—whether that’s carrying shopping bags, keeping up with your kids, or walking tall with confidence.
After spinal surgery, I learned firsthand that strength is more than muscle — it’s about resilience, structure, and movement that supports your whole body.
That experience shaped the way I train today: a focus on functional strength, intelligent progression, and recovery that’s built in, not bolted on.
What’s Next for You
If you’ve been thinking: “I want to feel stronger, move better, and finally train in a way that fits my life,” — this is your place to start.
I’ve walked the same road: building strength, facing setbacks, and learning how to train smarter, not just harder. That’s why every program I design has recovery built in, and why every session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
